Accessibility Statement

ClaudeREF aims for WCAG 2.2 Level AA and the web-accessibility principles reflected in Israeli Standard 5568. This is an ongoing engineering goal, not a claim of formal certification. Automated testing helps find problems but cannot prove complete conformance.

• A skip link allows keyboard users to move directly to the main content.
• Pages use headings, landmarks, lists, tables, labels, and descriptive link text.
• Meaningful images have text alternatives and explicit dimensions.
• Controls can be reached and operated from a keyboard and have visible focus styles.
• The layout supports browser zoom, reflow, mobile screens, light/dark mode, and multiple palettes.
• Motion is reduced when the browser requests reduced motion.
• Video articles include written summaries and do not require the embedded player.

The main pages are checked with semantic HTML validation, keyboard navigation, responsive browser rendering, and automated Lighthouse accessibility audits in Chromium. The site has not yet completed an independent accessibility certification or a full assistive-technology test matrix.

• The optional YouTube player is a third-party interface outside ClaudeREF's control.
• Dense cheatsheet tables may require horizontal scrolling or zoom on narrow screens.
• Older archived source material may not provide the same level of accessibility as site-owned content.

If something is difficult to use, contact Shai Chikorel through GitHub. Include the page URL, what you were trying to do, your browser or assistive technology if you are comfortable sharing it, and the format or adjustment that would help. The maintainer will make a reasonable effort to provide the information in an accessible alternative.

The current international reference is the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines 2.2.
