Matt Pocock Skills

Matt Pocock Skills is a collection of small, composable instructions for real software engineering with coding agents. It covers requirements interviews, specifications, issue triage, TDD, debugging, architecture, review, and long-running work without taking ownership of the whole process. Claude Code users can install the managed plugin, while Codex and other agents can copy individual skills through the cross-agent installer. The setup skill configures project conventions, so review what it will write and avoid installing both methods because the repository warns that doing so duplicates every skill.
